Marcia & Dennis Botts

Award Realty began in earnest in 1988 by Floyd and Genelle Hardin in the hopes of helping people achieve the goal of home ownership. Their daughter, Marcia Botts, although not in the family business, had always had an interest in Real Estate, and took classes for certification while living in Pennsylvania. In 1994, Marcia came back to Cleveland, Tennessee.

Joining her parents at Award Realty, Marcia hit the ground running and quickly integrated into the community, picking up the mantle of service and ministry in the Real Estate market. Wanting to emulate the ethic and charity of her parents, Marcia believes that home ownership is important for everyone, but it is just as important for future homeowners to remember to not overbuy and put themselves at a disadvantage by buying more house than they can afford.

In the past several years, Marcia, Dennis and their team of Realtors have furthered the vision of Award Realty through customer service that is above and beyond what one would expect from another Realtor. Because they are not a franchise, Award Realty does not charge the high fees associated with franchises.
